Shipping policy

Every Clubhouse Editions shirt is printed to order. Please allow time for both production and delivery.

Production time. To eliminate excess warehouse waste and ensure thoughtful small-batch craft, every Clubhouse Editions shirt is made when you order it. Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for delivery.

Estimated delivery. After your order ships, allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States. Production time is additional to transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges. Shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders of $75 or more. A flat rate of $5.95 applies to smaller orders.

Where we ship. The contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Separate packages. Orders with several shirts may be printed by different partners and arrive separately. Each package has its own tracking.

Tracking. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as each package ships.

Delayed or missing parcels. If your order is past its estimated window, tracking has stopped updating, or a parcel shows delivered but can't be found, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.

Damaged or misprinted items. If a shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
